What Is The Requirement To Host Fifa World Cup?

Can a country (who have never qualified to World Cup before) host the World Cup event? Or should the country qualify first before seeking the host?

If there were “carved in stone” requirements to host, they would be:
    A) adequate infrastructure (lodging, transportation, security)
    and
    B) enough adequate stadia
Most any country on the planet with a few major cities will have A down but B isnt always an easily met criteria.

There are no requirements 2 host the FIFA world cuo you get voted by football officials you need good stadiums and a good national side and good transport facilities; and probably a decent police force
    England would be good
Good Stadiums–Old Trafford Wembley Emirates Goodison Park Anfield Stadium of light St James Park
Good National Side–No Matter what people saw England are a good side and definetly capable to win something just need a balanced team
Good Transport Facilties-Buses Taxis London Underground.
    Good Police Force-England,not bad,Scotland Yard I suppose.
    Hope I Was A Help. :)

none but to get higher chances you need high class stadiums and a strong football governing body. It is also important for the mens national team to be strong

That doesn’t matter. If they get voted by the football officials, after successully applying for it, even if they never qualified, they will host.
