You need to upload file to a server which provides direct access.
for example a account on ftp server.
you can try free ftp services likehttp://www.freeftp.eu/
but I wont recommend you to use free ftp accounts.
try using the scroll to press instead of the left or right click
use the scroll click
it works for my computer
it makes a new tab in the website if thats what you want
